St Andrew’s Village Ballina

Artec Solutions successfully completed a design and construct refurbishment project at St Andrew’s Village Ballina.

This project focused on upgrading the common areas including offices, hair salon, café, lounges and corridors. We also demolished and reconstructed a new reception area to provide a grand entryway.

Navigating the operational environment while maintaining open lines of communication were crucial throughout this transformation journey.

By reimagining key areas, we have refreshed an environment that is now visually appealing and contributes to a more welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for the residents of St Andrew’s.
